- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the 3 following factors: 1. Type of surface to be cleaned 2. Degree of stains and amount of soiling 3. SQ FT of the area and accessibility
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a new customer I first like to conduct a walk-through of the area to be cleaned and discussing their expectations. I also take this time to point out any areas that may cause concern or need extra attention. Before leaving I recap what we discussed and provide them with a check list of thing to prep for the cleaning, for example check all window are closed, and remove cars from drive and so on depending on the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My best friend owns one of Portland's largest power washing company's so i got a lot of training over the years. Took a 2 day pressure washing course in Salt Lake City, Utah. I'm also a member of the Pressure Washing Resource Association.
