I have spoken with a number of different counselors and therapists over the years and have struggled to find someone I connect with. From the very beginning, Sarah helped me outline my mental health goals so that we were working toward the same thing. She even took the time to research the semi-obscure religion in which I was raised so she could understand my upbringing and give me advice based on my values and not hers. She made custom meditation recordings and breathing exercises for me. She worked with me on payment options. When I moved away she accomodated me with phone sessions which are just as good if not better because I can say things which I would be embarrased to in person. She has had a profound impact on my life and holds a special place in my heart. I would, and do, highly recommend her to my friends.

In short, Sarah is hands down one of the best therapists I have ever had! She is professional, compassionate, and obviously skilled at what she does. You might even say she is truly gifted! She listens well and has a unique ability to interpret what has been said. She then lays it out in a nice tidy concise way in which it allows you to make self discoveries and growth on your own terms! I highly recommend her as an individual and/or couples therapist. Her natural abilities to empathize make you feel comfortable to share and at the end of the session feel validated and clear headed!

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You don't have to rush into a counseling relationship. The person you choose to work with can make all the difference. Take your time and when you have found the right fit for you, make a commitment to the therapist and yourself.
