Hans was very good about communications his timelines and availability beforehand. In person he is very thorough about letting you know the pace at which he intends to work and where he will begin. He knows how to maximize the photos for best visual experience and asks good questions without being condescending or disrespectful. Afterwards he was great about doing a couple small edits. David went above and beyond to perfectly capture our ADU’s charm. He called prior to booking to discuss the lightening & shadows on the exterior of the unit, so he could schedule the shoot for the most flattering time of day. He brought his own leaf blower to clean the sidewalk. He painstakingly shot & re-shot the bedroom from different angles to get the changing light from a window just right. Rather than treating the shoot of our tiny ADU like a quick “gig”, he took his time to get the perfect photos. He was professional, thoughtful, & thorough. His communication was prompt and friendly. We will absolutely hire him again, and I recommend anyone looking for a real estate photographer to contact him first.
