Our downspouts clog ALL THE TIME. We have to have gutter people come 1-2x year to the tune of $200-$300 per pop, just to climb a ladder, move debris around & leave 10-15 min later. We've had several gutter companies come over the years, but guess what no one EVER told us? We can have gutter bulbs installed for $150 & problem gone...voila!
