- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs are billed as time and materials. Re-coating is based on square footage. While I do have a minimum, I am happy to work with you and keep you within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send me a message with a little information about what you're trying to accomplish, including photos and an estimated square footage. From there, I will set up a time to come look at the project, then send you an estimate or bid.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having worked for multiple types of contractors, ranging from smaller sanding and installing to 30k+ square foot luxury home maintenance and repair, this experience has broadened my knowledge and abilities to work in almost any type of environment.
