- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use value-based pricing, meaning we will not nickel&dime our clients, we can provide you a fixed quote once we go over the scope of work needed with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our practice is set up with a cloud-based secure client portal for document exchange with the clients, on our website perpetualcpa dot com. So you will not need to travel anywhere and, generally, we'll be able to securely collect your accounting and tax data and documents.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Paul Tilyaev, CPA has a BBA in Accounting and Masters of Science in Finance, as well as, over 10 years of public and industry professional accounting and business experience. He has worked at the world's 2 top accounting firms - PwC and Deloitte as a public auditor and management consultant. For many years Paul has worked with multi-billion dollar clients and in 2016 launched a public accounting firm, Perpetual CPA, in order to provide quality accounting and tax services to businesses, executives, and individuals.
