Alliance Counseling Center

Introduction: I offer individual and family counseling, primarily focusing on eating disorders. People who are not struggling with eating disorders are also welcome. I utilize a variety of modalities in my treatment, including solution-focused therapy, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and psychoeducational therapies in order to address all aspects of growth and healing. These theoretical orientations are designed to help each client deepen their understanding of self-defeating behaviors and develop greater self-authenticity. Utilizing a collaborative effort, I work with each client to meet their individual needs, with an emphasis on creating a warm and safe space in which to explore their internal world.
