- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We’re offering 10% off fiber cement siding installation for a limited time! Final pricing depends on the product you choose and the square footage of your home. We provide clear, upfront estimates—no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a quick introductory call to learn more about your project. Next, we schedule a site visit to take measurements and photos. From there, you’ll receive a detailed, emailed estimate outlining the full scope of work and pricing. If you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over a contract and collect a down payment. You’ll then be introduced to your project manager, who will coordinate scheduling and oversee the installation. We finish with a final walkthrough to ensure everything is completed to your satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our installation employees receive manufacturer-specific training for both vinyl and fiber cement siding systems. Additionally, the owner, Jose Luis Espinoza, completes at least 8 hours of continuing education annually through the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) to stay current on industry standards and best practices.
