- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We never do over the phone estimates. The reason is it can scarry when the price moves up because the project was miss understood about area, type of work, difficulty to reach or navigate or so many other things. We at Faithful Restoration love to meet the customer and see the project in person to fully understand the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here here at Faithful Restoration we will go over the project over the phone and set up an appointment for an inspection. This is to determine first the size and direction of the project and secondly help the customer with possible prevention of the problem from happing again. We will also help with the insurance process if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are employee and company certified with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). This organizing sets the industry standards. We are also license with the Oregon CCB. With our many years of practice and yearly studies Faithful Restoration can and will asses the project correctly and get it done to the industry standard.
