During 2024 Portland freeze, we had multiple pipes burst inside our house. Called rainbow and Ovi and his team started the mitigation process right away. They were also able to deal with the insurance company and we did not have to pay anything out of pocket besides the deductible. They were very thorough and found all 14 burst pipes.
