- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is comparable to many other providers. We treat everyone like family and are looking out for our customers best interests by providing them with all the information to make the best decision. We offer discounts to TLC (Trantel Loves Customer care) members. Veterans, First Responders and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive a call and gather all the information, the customer is given scheduling options with the technician to best serve their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After serving in the Army, I went to school to learn HVAC. After school, I worked for an amazing company and had a fantastic mentor.
