I received 3 bids rapidly, from $150-$300. Based on price and the simplicity of the sidewalk pressure washing, i selected Mow Joe. 2 guys came promptly, set up specialized equipment, and did in 60-80min the same job that usually takes me a day. They will be back here next year!

Outstanding work. Excellent super-responsive communication. Took time to call and explain their recommended process and products. Even recommended not doing some of the work that didn't need it. They use top quality professional machines, not just a pressure washer. They cleaned all my concrete surfaces, driveway, and slate patio, and public sidewalk and curb. They cleaned all the exterior windows spotless plus put all the screens through their cleaning machine, and cleaned all the window tracks. Pricing was fair - mid to low, higher than a guy and a pressure washer, lower than others without the great communication. Top quality service. I've already scheduled them again for next year.

Finding Pro Joe's a few days before our scheduled Open House was a blessing. They were very quick to first respond to my requests for bids, came the next day to review the project and give me a quote, and the work was completed the next day. I contacted them to pressure wash our sidewalks and driveway. When I discovered they could also clean my windows and screens, it was a a relief to know I wouldn't need to spend more time searching for another contractor. All of the services they provided were exceptional, professional, and very reasonably priced.

Victor and his team have done a fabulous job with our yard. We have made some tough requests, and he has always accommodated IF it makes sense for the space. One of the things we appreciate his extensive knowledge of native plants, how to work with a steep runoff, etc What he doesn’t know, he is very willing to research. We also appreciate his connections with folks who do hardscaping, fencing, as well as water features. It makes our lives easier to not have to search for random contractors.
