My husband and I hired Kenny to help tear out cabinets and flooring in our kitchen in preparation for a remodel. When my they ripped up the floor, they found severe water damage and rot by our back door, which was the result of neglect from the previous owners.
Kenny worked the entire weekend with us to repair the damage, replacing down to the foundation of our house and up to the subfloor. He also hung our back door for us.
What started out as a simple "quick" demo project became a nightmare of a weekend -but Kenny was able to help us fix it all in our time limit so as to not have to push our new cabinet installation back.
He worked quickly and efficiently and is a very kind, knowledgeable, prompt individual. Highly recommend.
We are planning on doing our bathrooms next and will be contacting him.

Ken was hired by myself to install a 2 seat, dual therapy hot tub in my bathroom. Ken was always punctual, professional and did a great job of installing and finishing the bathroom project. After Ken finished the bathroom project I then hired him to do a small project which involved moving a corner shelf and building and installing another shelf. I am very pleased with Ken's work and will contact him for future projects.

I hired Ken to help me install a ceiling in my garage and had a pleasure working with him. In fact, i've hired him on to do more around the house. Great guy to deal with.

Thumbtack: Yes, Ken Gilder did come out and gave me a estimate of $600 to do my handyman project. Then he found out that I was a disabled veteran and adjusted his estimate to $550. I told him that I'm trying to scrap up the money and am staying in contact with him. I liked his estimate though. Tom LeKander
