- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go out to visit the prospective customer's home or office first. Then we ask questions about what they'd like done and how often, and also if they require any certain types of cleaning supplies. We then provide a quote and give the customer an opportunity to think about it and give us an answer at their convenience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mother has been cleaning houses for many years, and I went to work with her. Then I worked for another housekeeping company before I started working for myself. Both of those taught me the ins-and-outs of cleaning homes and offices and scrubbing toilets and showers.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We clean people's homes and also do janitorial/commercial jobs.
