- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work in a serious way with the client to make the cost as affordable as possible
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will write up a basic contract for their perusal. If it looks ok to them we will mail them a signed copy. We will ask them for their music requests, special first-dance songs, specific playlists, announcements they would like us to make, and pronouncements of names (if necessary). We also ask them for any specific lighting or visual effects they might be interested. We then get to work immediately assembling the music and preparing the event.
