We recently had a "wellness check" on our house. Think of it as an inspection but your not buying or selling. Our house has been our home for the last 25 years and we hope to stay here another 25. So this inspection turned up a lot stuff that should be done. A punch list. We contacted John with a to-do wish of everything from that list that needed to be done in our crawl space. John was communicative, fair, professional and just an all-around nice guy. He did what he promised and worked with great care and respect to our home. We recommend him to anybody looking for a handyman. He was the answer to our problems. And we will hire him again.

Jonny was able to come out to our home fairly quickly and fix an issue with a duct. In addition, he went through our whole crawl space in almost 100 degree heat to make sure all of the other ducts were working correctly. I'll definitely be giving him a call again when he's needed.

He was the most reasonably priced of all the hvac pros I contacted. He struggled a bit with cramped and hot quarters to get the job done, but persevered and was able to finish the job within the time allotted. While on the roof, he noted that my gutters were full of water and cleared enough debris out of the way to allow two gutters and downspouts to properly empty, at no extra charge.
