Cant say enough about Franco and his work crew. I am selling my house and wanted to get it painted. Franco gave me a reasonable estimate that included some demo work. I also needed to add some work because of weather damage which he handled no problem. What was also great was how they were able to work around other scheduled inspections and activity then pick up where they left off. I know I am not their only customer so to juggle the work load then also be able to handle extra work thrown into the mix is is nothing the amateur can accomplish.

Juan Gonzalez repaired a laundry/garage wall that had been opened for an emergency plumbing problem. Our home was on the market, so it was important that the repair be high quality and the process unobtrusive. Mr. Gonzalez worked around our showings, always communicated when he was coming next or when he was delayed on another project, and matched the existing texture and paint exactly! He was professional in all our contacts, explained his approach and observed COVID-19 safety protocols. Although we are leaving the area, I will provide his name to our neighbors and our realtor.

Juan responded quickly and was so polite. He made expectations very clear for us and was able to help even though we weren’t home. We also had a quick turnaround time that he was able to meet. Our floors were so worked from previous renters, but Juan was able to remove scratches and burn marks. Our floors look like their old authentic self but with a clean elevated appearance. Highly recommend.
