- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Well for the basjkk ics yes like a garbage disposal change our I charge $75 ,the full remodels get into a whole different realm of pricing but I must say I beat most of my competitors prices plus I give a 4 year warranty unlike others who give 1-year if any
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down with them briefly and get to know them,theyre likes and dislikes and figure out the theme,believe it or not almost every job has a theme.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took the normal shop classes in school but other than that? hands on lots of hands on hours
