Loved working with Chase and his crew! Very responsive, listened and gave us options on our concrete patio install and wood deck/retaining wall removal projects. Part Two: Well I liked their bid very competitive. Then they showed up when they said they would. they dug a 180' trench 1' wide and laid the 1 1/2" PVC and installed the Christy boxes, and prepared the area around the two antennas for grass. they then planted grass seed and laid a cover of straw, great job, great guys. I am more then pleased, highly recommended.

We bought this 50 year old house in 2017 and although the previous owners made it look pretty to sell, the driveway was old and falling apart. My husband is also blind and the crevices and torn up areas were dangerous for him to traverse. We found Chase on a home improvement website and he met with my husband last summer. We began this project at the end of October and it was THE biggest home improvement project of all the ones we had done. We cannot speak highly enough about Chase and his crews. From tearing out our old driveway and front walk to make the front walk ADA compliant (my husband is an amputee and legally blind) and adding a step up to the original pad at the front door, to expanding the walking area from our patio to the shed we had installed, Chase exceeded every hope and expectation we had. The entire process took five days and from start to finish he and his crew were completely professional. They began as a contracting team and ended as friends. They were so kind and courteous and answered any and all questions. We would GLADLY recommend Rigid NW LLC to anyone needing cement work for any project, big or small. They were clean and neat about their work area, and Chase is AMAZING at the controls of the front loader. His father taught him well from the age of five and teaching Chase everything he knows about cement work. Hiring Rigid NW LLC was the best choice we could have made.

since I graduated high school I started working on comercail underground pipe and concrete company where I gained a lot of my experience. I spent all my years working in that field up until I started my own business in 2018 .

I've worked with all types off customers and I always manage to satisfy there needs in there project by being polite and really taking the time to understand how they would like the end result in there project for complete satisfaction in our work.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise any customers to take a couple bids on a project to see what others can offer and pick someone you can trust to do the job as described.
