I am very happy with the completed apartment that was added to my house by Supreme Projects LLC. I think I got a fine price, which beat other estimates. I was impressed with the work done by the various sub-contractors. They made the new unit match perfectly with the existing house. They also navigated the permit-process to do everything up-to-code and pass all inspections, which can be slow in Portland. I was pleased that they communicated regularly, and are always dedicated to keeping their customer happy. I would use them again for projects of any size.

They did a great job. We are very happy they took on our project, when another contractor that didnt finish left. Many contractors are unwilling to. They did a beautiful job and we wish we were able to hire them from the beginning. They finished the job pretty fast and always came on time. We are very happy with the results. I had a significant amount of water damage in a bathroom. It had gone undetected for years until it became very obvious that there was a problem. Sergei was able to identify the problem and immediately went to work to do the necessary repairs. There was so much hidden damage that the bathroom ended up needing a major remodel. I was out of the country but Sergei sent pictures and was great about keeping me in the loop. I have now had a chance to see the finished product and am more than pleased! If you are thinking about doing any remodeling, this is your guy!
