- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting new customers and getting to know what's important to them and meeting their needs. Developing good relationships with customers is vital to our business standards and building a mutual trust.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up, I would always help my mom clean. It gave me a sense of accomplishment and felt nice to help out. As I got older into my teens, my mom started a cleaning company. As the company grew I started helping her with her accounts. I managed my mom's business for several years and finally decided to branch out and start my own. I am still passionate about what I do and am lucky to have a husband that enjoys it as well.

There are all kinds of customers we work with. It is important to get to know each customers needs and goals.
