I requested the day before a move out clean. The ladies were on time and got to work right away. After about 2.5 hours of cleaning I asked how much longer and she thought about 1.5 hours. I asked for them to be done at the 3 hour mark because I had other obligations. They were able to speed it up to accommodate my time crunch and still make the house look good!

Araceli did a good job, she responded quickly to inquiry, and she showed up right at the appointed time. Her estimate for a 3 BR&Den/3Bath home via Thumbtack was $200 for a "regular cleaning". Her price upon arriving at the still 3BR&Den/3BATH house was $400 "because the house is big." (What she did not know was that a different cleaner, Sonia, had done a "deep cleaning" of this very home about 11 months ago with total charge of $330, and Sonia and her partner had put in 2 hours more total work time than Araceli did.) But, I was on a schedule so had Araceli go ahead. She did do a good job of a "regular cleaning".
