- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices include everything. My discounts depended on how the customer feels about the price. I am willing to negotiate with customers who don't have a big budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is reaching out to the customer within the first 30 minutes. Next we offer a free estimate either by coming out or pictures provided by the customer. Then we schedule an appointment with customer to come and remove the junk items or we haul same day depending on load size. After we collect payments and send customers receipts either via email or text.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of experience and 14 years in handyman work. I am licensed, insured and bonded.
