I posted that I was looking for someone to replace the sprinkler heads around my property, Ritchie with Pristine Landscaping immediately reached out and came out same day to do a bid. He was out here for about an hour to an hour and a half of his own time to really understand exactly what I wanted, to provide me solutions to the issues I was having and to also find sprinkler heads I didn't even know were there. After coming up with a game plan he gave me great pricing for the work to be done. I appreciated him being at my house for that long to truly understand what I wanted that I immediately gave him the business, without entertaining more bids. He scheduled the work for 7 am 2 days later and was here by 645am ready to work. He was fast, polite, and professional the whole time. The work turned out just as described. I couldn't be more happy with him and his team! If you are looking for landscape needs do yourself a favor and make sure to have Ritchie and his crew out!! Amazing job, and a pleasure to work with! 5 stars only because 6 wasn't an option!
