Mark got back to me right away and addressed the issues I had in his response. He was on time for the estimate and sounded like he knew what he was talking about. I knew i could get the job done cheaper but his price sounded fair for what my expectations were. He showed up on time for the job and the roof came out beautiful and he did not leave a mess behind him. He also took care of a few things on the roof that were not a part of the job. Great experience, highly recommend.

Mark was very professional and helpful as he identified the problem quickly during the first visit. The second visit included fixing the spot on the roof (that was leaking) and also cleaning the roof. The cleaning job was well done as all the moss are not visible anymore. As for the job fixing the spot on the roof, time will tell but so far so good.

We set up our appointment about 8 weeks ago and Mark came today and did a great job of cleaning the roof, blowing out the debris inside the gutters, spraying the few mossy areas, treating the roof with zinc and cleaning up afterwards. He was prompt and answered the questions we had in a friendly and professional manner. I would highly recommend him. The one thing I would have liked is that he give us a reminder confirmation call 2 - 3 days in advance of the appointment since it had been so long since we had made the appointment.

I would highly recommend Mark Sanders. He did a beautiful job in a professional and efficient manner. I had a tremendous amount of moss on my roof and he made it look new again. He cleaned up nicely after the work was done. His price was good and fair, not the lowest but I feel I got the best value. He can provide yearly maintenance if desired but he also gave valuable information for maintaining the roof myself in the future.

The roof on the house is 12 years old and had not been maintained. Moss covered the north side. The gutters hadn't been cleaned in ages either. After the treatment the roof really does look like new and I am very happy with the results. The owner of First Aid Roof Care made sure everything was cleaned up, was easy to deal with, and the price was reasonable. I recommend this company if you need to clean your roof.
