Once the shingles were removed, a lot of moisture damage was found that nobody could have guessed was there. Ramiro knew how to not only replace damaged wood but how to put in what was needed to prevent the same problem from happening again. He and his crew went above and beyond to take care of all of it in a timely manner and for a reasonable cost.

Ramiro and his team removed 2 layers of shingles before putting in extra vents, new flashing and such as well as the new shingles. Ramiro's recommendations were founded on experienced knowledge of roofing and we had him implement all of them. The end result was a sharp looking roof that now had the proper number of vents.
