- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for certain shoots, if the shoot will add something particularly valuable to my portfolio. Please inquire if you think your shoot/event could meet this criteria.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I answer the initial inquiry, and then any follow-up questions. After this, I do a phone or in-person consultation to make sure we are a good match. I then send a contract via email (can be sent prior to consultation, so that client can see all terms and services being offered). A 50% retainer is due upfront to fully reserve the event or portrait date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self-, studio-, and photojournalistically trained.
