He built a backyard fence for me. It was well done and went smoothly for the most part. I would recommend him and if need further work done will call him first.

The handyman was very willing to do everything I needed done on the house, which was quite a bit. He even saved me some money by offering more specialized services, so that I didn't have to hire even more people. Unfortunately the timeline on my project got moved back and moved back. I hired this handyman because my project was time sensitive and he gave me a specific date he could begin (one day earlier than the potential competition). He did not end up starting on that day, but an entire week later. Then by "starting" he just meant getting measurements so he could order some of the materials and then wait to start doing any actual work until they all came in, weeks later. The project was "finished" on the final day of our timeline--when we were hoping it would be earlier than our final deadline--but come to find out one of the aspects of the entire invoice was only partially done and another not done at all! He was willing to come back and really finish the job, at my additional expense, while also being sure to let me know that he doesn't normally work on weekends or beyond normal business hours, but was doing it to help me out (when wasn't the reason he was working these hours because he didn't finish the job he said he would in the first place?).

Was in a hurry to leave, didn't want to do everything he said he would do.

Job was finished 100% we have pictures to prove that as well. The customer had 2" of Moss on their roof and wanted it all off by only using a hose and a leaf blower to get it off. It took almost 2 days to get the roof to a point that it was acceptable under our guidelines to be complete.

Very dissatisfied with workmanship. Everything off level, angled boards that should have been level. To cut of fence very crooked (wavy). Nails sticking out that should have been flush When asked to return for corrections he did come back but was very unprofessional, throwing his equipment, cursing and generally acting like a spoiled child. Fence building is NOT his thing. We will never have them back for any reason. Our pre-teen grandchildren could have done a more professional job. Very disappointed in him and the lack of quality in his workmanship
Team Entertainment & Handyman Services, LLC's reply
The fence that was built was a 4ft. Fence that the customer didn't know what they wanted done. The entire back yard was on a hillside and there was no way that the fence was going to be straight due to the ground that it was installed on. There was between 6 and 12 inch borders in the ground. I went back to this customer and fixed the fence because the customer told me to put a fence on a property that he told me was his and hers but it wasn't. It happened to be the neighbors. I went back and done that for free. I have built fences and other things for 10 years and never has this bad of a customer before, they were consistently changing their mind also about how high of a fence they wanted and where the fence was going.
