- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our labor rate is $35 per hour. There is no mark up on materials. Our customers will be charged the same amount we paid for the materials. In our industry, lumber prices can change every 3 days.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will want to set up a free consultation to take measurements and assess your project. From there, we can discuss designing your vision and the associated costs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been AGC Certified since I was 13 years old. Assisted in building 3 low-income housing apartment complexes as a teen. Have been building custom projects for homes ever since.
