- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I love what I do…and what I do is help people achieve their project goals with fair pricing and honest hard work. The truth is, every project is different. While some projects are smaller and demand very little to complete, some are larger and require scheduling and planning. To find a happy median, I try to charge in a way that is fair and accommodating for both the customer and myself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think that clear communication is the key to a successful project. My goal is to always clearly understand what my customers are asking so that we achieve the desired result together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been working in the construction world since around 2020 when I started for a one-man operation in Washington state. His focus was on providing solutions for the elderly and disabled so that they were able to stay at home. Through that role I gained a wealth of knowledge about construction and learned how to not only provide solutions, but communicate with those in need.
