- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is clear and upfront. We provide detailed estimates so customers understand what they are paying for. There are no hidden fees, and we review all options to fit the customer’s budget and needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The homeowner provides a phone number and address. We schedule a free assessment where we measure and inspect the roof. After that, we do a presentation that usually takes about 30–45 minutes, where we explain the material, the roof replacement process, available warranties, and go over a detailed estimate with the homeowner.
