After interviewing several contractors for our kitchen and bathroomremodel, my husband and I felt immediately at ease with Matt. His professionalism and integrity shine through the moment you meet him.
We initially bid out a modest bathroom and kitchen facelift in an old 1900's farmhouse. With his insight and resources, we were able to completely remodel both in addition to updates throughout the rest of our home (refinished hardwoods, paint, carpet, etc.).
We had an aggressive timeline and he delivered on time and kept within our budget (aside from our requested change orders). Matt and his team of subcontractors surpassed our expectations and were lovely to work with.
Matt was always available (never missed our calls) and patient with us throughout all the phases of our remodel. All whilst navigating effortlessly through the various COVID restrictions.
We also had the pleasure of working with his lovely wife, Jacqui, who guided us through all the design elements. She made the overwhelming task of choosing paint, fixtures, faucets, tile, flooring etc., fun and fluid. She even showed up as we moved into our home equipped with homemade soup for lunch and helped us unpack!
We are so grateful for the opportunity to work with Ziebart Construction and highly recommend them! We will be working with them again on future projects.

We moved into a new house and wanted to find someone who could help us navigate all of the projects we wanted to get done to make the house feel like ours.
Matt was great in helping guide us through some of those decisions and ended up replacing our countertops, some internal structural upgrades, upgraded lighting fixtures, as well as work on a design for finishing our 900 sq ft basement.

I am very happy with Ziebart Construction! While I was away on vacation, Matt Ziebart and company moved a wall in my dining room and opened up a window to the front yard that was previously hidden inside the laundry room. Framing, drywall tile flooring, electrical work, trim and paint.Texture match on the walls and ceiling. Newly placed outlets and switches. The work was stellar, and I plan to have more done next year!

My carpet install was originally scheduled for Monday Sept. 14, but was cancelled due to the smoke. I was very stressed and anxious over this decision, as my condo would remain in disarray for longer than anticipated. Matt was great, he remained calm and supportive, saying that we’d work thru it. Fortunately, and I assume thanks to his effort, we were able to reschedule for only 10 calendar days later; thank you Matt for this reassuring approach around the hectic days thanks to our wildfires. Also, Matt was great in that he provided a number of nice additional “touches” to the finish of the project – one small thing but greatly appreciated was getting new drawer knobs, replacing the old scratched ones at no charge. Matt consistently brings a calm approach; I appreciated his strong faith & knowledge. Each “sub” was excellent – I sensed it was important to Matt that he brings quality sub-contractors into his customers homes. My only suggestion going forward is to remain as much of an advocate for your customer’s requests as possible. For me, a top priority was to install new, thicker carpeting + a nicer/thicker (if possible) pad. I felt like I had to “push” or be more of my own advocate than I anticipated. Ultimately, we were able to accomplish this objective and I’m grateful for the work Matt and his group did not only for my carpeting, which is awesome, but for all the other elements of my project, principally my master bath remodel. Thank you Matt, and Ziebart Construction!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master’s in business, Licensed general contractor, owner and sold a historic home- remodeling company many years back, and decided to come back to what I enjoy most. I am a 3rd generation hammer-swinging carpenter, husband, and father, that loves what we do!
