- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a free 30 minute phone consultation to get to know you and your student.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to assess the type of student you have. Are there any learning processing challenges to be considered such as ADHD, dyslexia, executive functioning, or sensory processing difficulties to be addressed? I will work with your student one on one while also helping equip you with tools and skills to help your learner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master’s degree in Classical Studies (Literature and Rhetoric) and bring a breadth of experience across both classical and specialized educational settings. I have taught in small seminar-style classrooms (8–10 students) through Classical Conversations Inc., where I provided instruction in English grammar while integrating the Institute for Excellence in Writing curriculum to develop students’ composition and rhetorical skills. I also served as an instructor with Help Elevate Learning Processes (formerly Help Eliminate Learning Problems), working with both children and adults to remediate learning difficulties and strengthen underlying cognitive processing abilities.
