Mr. Shine and their team were amazing! Marika was very responsive and helpful when it came to scheduling the appt and answering all of our questions. She also sent someone out to our house within a day to give us a very fair quote for gutter cleaning and moss removal. Andrew completed the service and did a fantastic job. Very please with the whole experience. Timely communication, very professional interactions overall. Quick to schedule and perform the work, not a single trace of debris let from the crew cleaning our gutters. Will be turning to them for our future needs that is for sure.

There were some scheduling challenges when a storm blew through and we had to reschedule, but they communicated well and proactively. Andrew showed up and he was very nice, apologetic for being slightly late due to another job, and did a great job on the gutters. Would definitely work with them again.
