Jeff at PMI is extremely professional, knowledgeable and always willing to go above and beyond the normal to provide excellent service. Like anybody, I was concerned about money, but the value and peace of mind provided by this ultra-professional is worth every penny. He singlehandedly organized the complete renovation of one of my properties, before I had even met him. I mean my introduction to him was asking him if he could rescue a house that had been wrecked by the previous tenants. This was after I had been told it was too much work by several other Portland property management companies. Not only did he organize its refurbishment but he rented it it out to new tenants astonishingly quickly. I cannot speak highly enough of Jeff's integrity, work ethos, and high level of concern and attention he has shown toward my properties.

Jeff at PMI has been a life-saver for a first-time, unintended landlord. He has made the whole process of finding tenants and managing the property as seamless and stress-free as possible. I would not hesitate to hire him for any property management needs and the rates and fees are quite reasonable. I spoke with several managers before going with PMI; all of them took their time in getting back to me and charged higher fees. Jeff has been very considerate to both me and my tenants.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of real estate experience in asset management including valuation, acquisition, management and disposition. Recent experience with residential fix and flip on a national scale, determining before and after repair valuations, rehab coordination and determining best exit strategies. I am a licensed Principal Broker in the State of Oregon and my education is continuous to meet personal goals and licensing requirements. I was also a licensed real estate appraiser for 15 years which further enhances my abilities to better serve my clients.
