Powerful Roofing replaced the roof for our condo building. Maria and the whole crew were extremely responsive, professional, and also very nice. They provided photos of all the work and gave us a comprehensive fair bid. Maria answered all of our questions and we had lots of them! They completed the project within a week, including new gutters and vent connection repairs, and left our property very tidy upon completion. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement!

Powerful roofing did an excellent job! They came out to provide their quote, followed up with us, quickly setup dates and arrangements with suppliers. Proficient with everything, took a day and a half and our brand new roof was done! Great professional company, glad we chose them.

They're extraordinary! I am a patio cover contractor and the first time we used them we were impressed and we haven't stopped. The first time we called, a real person picked up the phone and she asked us all the questions that matter for a patio cover roof. They came out the next day and they were 5 minutes early. I told them I needed the roof to match the existing roof and she knew exactly which product would do it. They gave us a quote before all the other companies did and they did the work twice as fast as the other guys we used in the past. Their work was impeccable from the vents to the flashing to the shingles, to the clean up.

I loved meeting and working with Maria and Diego who are the owners - they do the inspection, they make recommendations, and they were on-site (and on roof!) for every part of our roof installation. They were very good communicators, their team worked quickly and thoroughly, and we have a beautiful, worry-free new roof and additional attic vents to provide more cooling to our home.They even connected us with someone to install new gutters and supervised that job as well.

Amazing team! Arrived on time! Took old roof out and put in new same day. Cleaned up any debris around the house. Did fantastic job. Would use them again.
