Coach Willis did an amazing job with the team bonding event he held for my varsity girls basketball team. He kept them engaged the whole time and had value with the message he was telling them. The girls were able to open up and feel relaxed around him. They were able to apply his message to their own lives and to their basketball game. The coaches even got involved with the games and activities. I would highly recommend having Coach Willis speak or run a team bonding event. His passion and commitment to the process is undeniable. My girls still ask about him and want him to speak to them again.

Coach Willis has been just what our son needed to get him excited about Basketball. JT has played since he was 4 years old but has lacked in consistency. Having Coach Willis has given him clear areas to work on each week. He has started keeping a journal and practicing at home. His skills and knowledge are improving as well as his mental aspect of the game. I love how Coach never lets a negative attitude take over. He is teaching him valuable life skills along the way. We highly recommend Coach Willis! He’s just the best there is.

My son has taken personal lessons with Coach Willis for over 3 years. Coach Willis is a joy to work with. He has instructed my son on both basketball and personal life lessons, not associated with basketball but easily adaptable to basketball. I would highly recommend Coach Willis.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a consultation to find out the climate of the organization. I also like to know the venue and the crowd that I will be speaking too. I like to speak with the director before hand so that they are aware of what my presentation will be and that they are satisfied customers!
