Juan was super responsive, very personable, and went above and beyond what the company did last year for the same job.
Hired for gutter clearing. Cleaned up all debris after, blew roof, ran water to confirm all was clear and took pictures of areas I couldn’t see.
I am going to hire him again for all my gutter and power washing needs going forward.

It’s always great to work directly with an owner-operator because not only do you get high quality work for a fair price, but any setbacks will be met with going the extra mile. Juan was able to fit me in on short notice, did incredible work washing the driveway and house, knowing what to avoid and protect. We had a small setback with my front door due to its age and condition, but Juan even came back a few days later to make sure it looked perfect. You will be in good hands and this is the kind of business you want to support!
Details: Home • Driveway or garage • Building siding • Routine cleaning • 1,000 - 2,000 sq ft • Two stories • Yes, there’s an outdoor water source
Js Pressure Washing LLC's reply
Thank you so much, Mohan! I truly appreciate you taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. It was a pleasure working with you, and I'm glad we were able to get everything taken care of. I always stand behind my work, so coming back to make sure the front door looked right was the least I could do. Thank you again for your trust and support. It means a lot to a small local business like mine!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide upfront, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Pricing depends on the size of the project, surface type, condition, and level of cleaning needed. Discounts may be available when combining multiple services such as house washing, concrete cleaning, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and exterior surface cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
