FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only do I attend at least 11 credit hours of continuing legal education each year as required by the Pennsylvania Bar, but I also routinely speak at continuing legal education seminars in the fields of consumer bankruptcy, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and credit card/debt defense.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My office handles many types of legal matters including Bankruptcy (Chapter 7 & 13), suing Debt Collectors for collection harassment, defend credit card and collection lawsuits, criminal defense, DUI Defense, and Personal injury claims.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Research the reputation of any attorney you consider hiring. Look to client and colleague references. Check the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board for any disciplinary action. Make sure the attorney is experienced in the area in which you seek assistance. Always meet the attorney face to face. This helps to ensure that he is a legitimate attorney with a real practice and not just a marketing firm generating leads for an attorney located across the state or across the country.
