- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our initial consult is usually free, depending upon the type of case. Our fees are variable, but we are willing to work with our customers to ensure compliance. We believe that client focus, not profit, is the key to a good working relationship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are happy to meet with new clients over the phone, in person or via e-mail. As a small firm dedicated to client service, we understand your need for flexibility in meeting with your new attorney.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The attorneys of Gross McGinley, LLP have a wide variety of backgrounds. All of our attorneys have been through both college and law school and we encourage you to review our backgrounds on our website. Attorney Ulrich is a graduate of Penn State University and the Widener University School of Law. He is also a Westlaw Senior Editor for Real Estate.
