John was great! He scheduled a mutually agreeable appointment. Kept me informed when he experienced a delay. Completed the job perfectly. Showed me photo's of the completed job. Charged exactly what he quoted but he went the extra mile and identified an issue with my dryer vent being blocked. He worked very hard to insure that it was cleaned out perfectly to make it safe. He explained that clogged dryer vents are a big cause of house fires. I can't tell you how much I appreciated his help in solving that issue for me. I highly recommend J.S. Services and will always use them in the future.

John arrived on time, communicated well, and did a great job cleaning out my gutters. He noticed some issues with the gutters/downspout and fixed those as well. He's a nice guy, provides a great service and at a great price. I'm very pleased and would recommend to others.
