- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consumer price lists for all services are posted on my website. Commercial, advertising, and industrial price lists are emailed to the client. Prices are equivalent with other professional photographers with similar experience and image quality. Prices lists are a guide. Please describe your project needs and budget. Prices are negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A) Free consultation, either by phone or at my studio, B) Explanation of all charges and fees with no hidden costs. Provide a guarantee of satisfaction. Discuss payment options. C) Schedule the session. D) Provide the work. E) Follow up to insure satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Honors awarded, Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Photo Journalism. Apprenticed with three professional photographers who specialized in portraiture, product and commercial, and event photography.
