- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and affordable to all. We also offer 10% discount for senior citizens. We have volume rates as well as single items prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally I like to speak with my customers over the phone. I am also very text savvy so I can do remote consultations and/or remote quotes. I am flexible in all avenues needed to ensure the client gets Grade A service and feels comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have BA in business management a lot with certified safety certifications in safety.
