All I can say is they were the best. Every year for the past 11 years I have to hire a junk removal company or independent contractor, to help turn over my rental property. This guys top the list!!! I had them remove a large amount of junk from my deck and basement. Not only did they finish the job quickly and efficiently, but the communication between me and their office was excellent. They kept me up to date on the eta, when they arrived, and when they completed the work. And to top that, the price was fair and reasonable. 10/10!!! I plan on hiring them again.

I needed to have furniture removed (loveseat, dining room table+ 4 chairs along with 2 bar stools) The response to my inquiry was prompt with a reasonable/fair quote. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and affordable to all. We also offer 10% discount for senior citizens. We have volume rates as well as single items prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally I like to speak with my customers over the phone. I am also very text savvy so I can do remote consultations and/or remote quotes. I am flexible in all avenues needed to ensure the client gets Grade A service and feels comfortable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have BA in business management a lot with certified safety certifications in safety.
