FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Majority of my work is priced by the task such as troubleshooting, replacing switches, outlets, lights or even panels. Running wire for a new circuit such as an electric vehicle or hot tub is one of the few times material is factored heavily into cost because of the size and length of required wire for those major appliances. But price of everything will always be up front before work begins and never hit with extra costs after the work is completed!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer satisfaction is number 1, so I always am as positive and respectful as possible. Usually we’ll go over details over the phone before I arrive to get an idea of what to expect and will go over a ballpark of what you can expect pricing wise. Most of my work is priced by the task, so i can usually get a very accurate estimate over the phone. Ill always respect your home with foot covers and any drop clothes in necessary areas of work and will sweep and/or vacuum my work area before i leave!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive been doing electric for over 15 years. Ive worked commercial, industrial and residential but being able to help someone in their home was always what I wanted to do and having a feeling of actually helping someone rather than clock in everyday just for a check is really what motivates me to enjoy my job!
