I was desperately in a jam when another contractor left me hanging, and Ivan was SO QUICK, so professional, so easy to work with. I put out a call around 7pm in the evening for help, and he came the very next morning at 8am and handled not only everything I needed (fixed a leaking sink, painted a bunch of walls, disassembled my closet drawers, installed shelves) but also did extra work that I asked for on the spot (drywalled and spackled a ceiling opening, refinished my crawl space), all in LESS THAN A DAY. It was nothing short of a miracle, and now I can move into my new home without stress. I will definitely be hiring him again!!!
