Jeff was very friendly and kind of handsome. He was extremely punctual even a few minutes early. He showed up ready to work. He was able to diagnose the problem pretty quickly and was able to give me some reasonably priced options for repair. I would recommend him for my friends and family.

I have used mechanical monster more than once. Both times the techs that came to my house were friendly and Knowledgeable. The work was done fast, the only exception being a part we had to wait overnight for, but they were right back out the next morning, and the price was fair.

The crew did a fantastic job replacing some faulty ducts in my home to greatly improve our air quality. They explained what was happening, got the work done promptly and left the area cleaner than it was before! Highly recommended!

Ive been using their services for years, usually for minor repairs and annual maintenance. They dont price gouge and they will work until the job is done correctly. They just finished work on my system and the price had to change because the work ended up being more extensive than they realized when they gave the initial estimate (it was converting from a steam boiler to a hot water boiler), but they were willing to work with me on a payment plan to get my heat on and its working great now.
