Dave came out on a Sunday and came back later in the week to start the work. Had some issues with old plumbing, but didn’t charge extra labor. Highly recommended.

If I could have selected all of the "highlight" options for this review I would have. Dave responded to my request promptly and was able to inspect the issue in the same day. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we’ll get in contact and set up a consultation date. I’ll come out and see what all is entailed and either give you an estimate on the spot or send one vie text or email in the next few days. I do have a service fee but that is waived when we move forward and I finish the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through a 4 year school program and apprenticeship to become a journeyman plumber for Allegheny County. I completed and passed high school with flying colors, as well as a 3 year carpentry program. Kind of a jack of all trades, I’m always learning a new skill.
