H2oTEKS is a family owned and operated business. We specialize in providing window cleaning and pressure washing services for commercial and residential clients, and we’ve been serving our community since 1996.
Many things have changed since we started over 20 years ago, but one thing remains constant: We are proudly a small business, and you’ll always be getting top service, and can deal directly with the owner (that’s me, Jonathan Barrick) at any moment.
My family lives in Peters Township. Our goal has always been to build exceptional relationships by providing superior services. We do that so we can meet our more important goals; having a strong family, spending time together, volunteering to provide help to one another in need, and traveling.

Fast response, work completed in a timely manner, great pricing. It's nice to have gutters that actually drain now. They were completely clogged and full of water. Jonathan was here on his first available day and everything was taken care of quickly. Very appreciative that he sent images of issues in the gutters as well.

h2o TEKS were wonderful and I highly recommend them! We had a response from them within a few hours and the work was scheduled and completed within just a few days! The workers showed up on time and did a great job! Even though they were only cleaning our gutters, they identified and took pictures of some damage to our roof which we were completely unaware of. Because they were so thorough, we are able have it repaired now before it gets any worse and save ourselves time and $$$ in the long run! Thank you h2oTEKS!
