I cannot believed how honest and ethical Eric is. We had two other roofers come out before him earlier in the day to give estimates. When Eric arrived, he immediately got out his ladder and went up to examine the area of the roof in the front of the house which is where we were experiencing leaking to begin with. We have a 3 story home and cannot see anything from the street level. The other two companies just went out of the 3rd floor window and looked over the back of the roof. As soon as Eric went up on that ladder he discovered the source of our leak. An animal had eaten through the part of the roof that was actually a level area at the bottom of the shingles. He was the first and only one to discover this. He even had the metal flashing and material on hand in his truck to fix the hole. All of the others told us we needed an entire new roof immediately. Eric said that our roof needs to be replaced but we have time to schedule it and that the hole was the source of all our problems. From the moment I first called to inquire, it only took him 1.5 hrs to out to my house and assess the problem. Might I add that he did all of this from 5-6 AT NIGHT. I absolutely trust this man and am so thankful for his honesty.

Great all around. I didn't know much about roofs or the process and Eric took the time to explain why we needed a new roof and what we needed. He was knowledgeable and honest and even told me I didn't need new gutters. Got all the work done in 2 days and it looks great and I feel confident in his work.
