- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
everything is negotiable. Our fee's include travel time. Holiday's are more expensive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is always room for improvement. I am working on what I like to call "Appatini" party's. It is 3 martini's with 3 pairing appetizers. I'm usually a wine connoisseur so martini pairing is a little challenging, but I like it.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for a well known chain restaurant for 13 years. They closed down due to bankruptcy. I started working private party's probably 3-4 years before hand. I have been bartending for 20 years, it's second hand. I don't know every drink but I can get the recipe. I love to cook, I love entertaining. Plus I'm very sociable and love making people happy.
